We have an opportunity for a document controller to join our planning team on a 3-month fixed term contract. This will be a varied, fast paced role working as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collecting and Quality Checking of completed job cards within Base Maintenance.
• Quality Checking of completed Line Maintenance job cards.
• Closing of completed job cards within Base Maintenance Work Packages (paper and electronically).
• Scanning of Job Cards from both Base and Line Maintenance back to customer and into STS Job Files.
• Monitors complete and incomplete job cards within Work Packages for reporting / Quality Checking purposes.
• Performs general clerical duties, to include setting up files and entering and collecting computerized data.

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word
• Well organised and disciplined.
• Calm and professional under pressure

• Effective communicator both verbal and written.
• Supports others to achieve individual and company objectives.
• Promotes company values.
• Willing to work a Shift System
• A good knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance – is preferred but not essential.
