At Jacobs, our Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) team works seamlessly with clients by delivering projects and programs to achieve our clients’ goals. Whether it’s managing construction or designing buildings, solutions are continuously being implemented. What we do is more than construction; we play a part in moving a vision from concept to reality.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll assist the Executive Director with program management of multiple projects including project planning, scheduling, and project controls of managing of various internal operations projects including building construction. Project involvement will begin in the initial planning stages through completion to assure that projects meet internal and external requirements and are within cost limitations. Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in a related field may be substituted for up to four years of experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project planning, project scheduling, project controls and reporting, resource management, and document reading and interpretation
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of building/rehabilitation projects
  • 4 years’ experience as a Superintendent or a Project Engineer on projects valued above $5 million
  • OSHA 30 Certification or completion within 30 days of employment

The base salary range for this position is $50,960 to $108,201. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
