Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Assist new hires in the completion of pre-employment requirements, pre-boarding activities and finalization of onboarding schedules for Cabin Crew.
  • Ensure 100% compliance on all pre-employment requirements such as pre-employment medical examination.
  • Coordinate with pre-employment service providers (e.g. PEME clinics, Background Verification Partners, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and completeness of results.
  • Coordinate with all concerned parties involved in the successful onboarding of new hires such as Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Banks, etc.
  • Ensure 100% compliance on the creation and maintenance of digital 201 files of new hires in the Database Management System.
  • Assist new hires with Company ID, assets and access requests, etc.
  • Serve as a key point of contact to the business and new hires for Cabin Crew onboarding related matters.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience at all times.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system for timely movement and communication to candidates of their application/onboarding status.
  • Present job offers to successful Cabin Crew applicants in recruitment events.

This could be for you if you:

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in Onboarding.
  • Have prior work experience in end-to-end volume recruiting. It would be a big plus!
  • Are a college graduate of any course but background in Psychology / Business Administration / Behavioral Science / Human Resources Management / Organizational Communication is an advantage.
  • Has experience in managing pre-employment requirements end-to-end.
  • Has experience in conducting Onboarding orientation to new hires.
  • Are a great communicator, making presentations and presenting.
  • Are confident and can comfortably work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Organized, meticulous and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are willing to travel for recruitment events.
  • Are willing to take on a full-time project-based engagement for one (1) year to support the organization's hiring operations.

Notes:

  • This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but on a hybrid work environment.
  • This position will be Project-Based for one (1) year.
