Johnson Service Group, a nationally recognized staffing firm, is targeting a Construction Site Supervisor for our industrial power generation client in the Mount Pleasant, PA area. The incumbent will be responsible for enforcing safety, policies, and procedural tasks to reduce safety risks and ensure proper productivity.
Onsite Role | 6 Month Contract with extension possibility through the end of the year
Responsibilities:
Facilitate a secure and safe work environment, protecting the organization’s property, assets, equipment, and monitor surveillance for any safety/security needs.
Coordinate and administer security clearances, preventing losses and damage, investigating loss control and reporting irregularities.
Respond to safety concerns, providing first aid if necessary and coordinating with local law enforcement if needed.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate hazards, promote environmental, health and safety regulations and identify the cause of accidents to prevent recurrences.
Qualifications:
Associate degree, preferred.
8+ years’ experience with construction oversight and/or utility supervision.
Candidate must already have authorization to work with in the US as our client isn’t able to provide current or future sponsorship
