Job Summary

Swissport is seeking an experienced, innovative leader to join the team as Senior Manager, Talent Marketing & Brand. This role will lead candidate experience and execute competitive talent marketing and acquisition strategies to promote Swissport as the employer of choice. You will drive the execution of Swissport’s (NOAM) culture, mission, and vision into the talent community by leveraging brand building, storytelling, graphic design, and data analytics.

In this role, you will be a dynamic and innovative leader with a strategic mindset focused on driving excellence, delivering business results and a passion for optimizing recruiting performance. We are looking for a leader who can develop others and drive change through positive influence and internal/external partnerships. The role offers a strong, collaborative environment working cross-functionally with various leaders across the organization.

Job requires up to 25% travel.

Team Member may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the design and execution of creative talent marketing strategies, including social media and sourcing campaigns aimed at attracting a diverse talent pool to the Swissport, North America brand.
  • Leverage industry-best tools, methodologies, candidate behavior, and emerging trends to market, source and convert candidates to team members. Implement initiatives that enhance prospective candidate interaction and increase conversion rates.
  • Champion the Swissport culture by understanding what makes us great. Partner with business units and internal stakeholders to learn specific recruitment needs and challenges and recommend effective talent marketing solutions.
  • Recommend solutions to enhance the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding and training, including collecting feedback to refine the recruitment process.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition’s digital footprint with 3rd party vendors to align accordingly to the vision and strategy of our corporate brand collectively and independently.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications & Marketing teams to ensure alignment, and the successful development and implementation of the company's talent acquisition messages and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to assess technologies that can create a positive and consistent candidate experience and/or maximize the efficiency of current recruiting processes.
  • Utilize graphic design expertise to conceptualize and create visually appealing content for job postings, job boards, hiring events, collateral, and various candidate communications.
  • Monitor and enhance the visibility of job postings and advertisements; track and report to stakeholders results and metrics of active recruiting initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment and candidate experience data to measure the effectiveness of efforts, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Help establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the recruitment process and the candidate experience.
  • Develop and manage relationships with local associations to build brand awareness and nurture talent pipelines.
  • Lead, inspire, and cultivate a team of Talent Marketing & Brand Specialists to deliver against short- and long-term objectives.

Qualifications And Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent marketing and employer branding required.
  • 3+ years people leadership experience, including remote teams.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM software. 
  • Experience with SEO, Appfeeder, social campaigns, and Canva or other graphic design programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and job boards. 
  • Strong proficiency in creating powerful and meaningful presentation to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to build and manage corporate relationships with key influencers, including senior support team, HR team, and marketing.
  • Works well under pressure and adapts well to working with short deadlines in in tight turn-around situations.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
