Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
- Responsible for facilitating all leadership development, employee development, and orientation programs at Gulfstream (GAC). Facilitates both in-person and virtually .
- Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned leadership development program(s), inclusive of all non-classroom items such as the following: pre-work, post-work, coaching employees during and outside of the classroom on assignments and tracking completion of course objectives and assignments .
- Responsible for assisting with design, development, and delivery of assigned training curriculum and/or programs .
- Responsible for assisting with the sustained learning of all participants by providing regular and consistent updates on content, materials, and other relevant information once they’ve completed the program(s) .
- Understands and assists in monitoring metrics that will identify key business effectiveness, potential issues, results, and ROI of all leadership development and orientation programs .
- Interfaces with other departments to ensure that training department is knowledgeable and up-to-date on the evolving needs and changes within the business. Assists in incorporating any updates into new or existing training programs .
- Acts as an internal consultant on training issues within all leadership development programs .
- Assists other instructors as needed .
- Ensures equipment is functioning properly and training facilities are maintained in an orderly and professional manner .
- Must demonstrate excellent facilitation skills (training and instructing groups) and ability to effectively deliver course material.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within field. Must exhibit good organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and team building skills.
- Basic understanding of Project Management terminology and skills.
- Basic understanding of global business acumen.
- Basic understanding of metrics and data analysis.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment and business applications.
- Skilled user of PowerPoint, MSWord, Excel, and development software.
- Travel required.
- Ability to conduct training for all shifts and facilities, both in-person and virtually.
- Must have high initiative and be able to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
