Tasks
As a Korean regional flight attendant you stand for the Lufthansa brand with your personality
With competence and poise, you take care of our passengers safety
You are a cultural ambassador and love to pay extra attention to ensure the comfort of our Korean passengers
You are a host on board, offer excellent service and create memorable experiences
As a sales talent you always pay attention to the individual wishes of your guests
You love variety and change and show your flexibility for our flight operation on 365 days throughout the year
You will be based in Frankfurt and fly mainly on our routes to South Korea as well as a specified portfolio of other routes.
Your training course will start in summer 2024.
After you have successfully completed the training course, we will offer you an initial fixed term contract for 2 years.
During your initial working contract, you will receive German language instruction, followed by a B2-level language test. This you will need to pass in order to be offered a permanent contract with us.

Requirements
Korean mother tongue with fluency in English
Basic German A2 CEFR
Completed school education (secondary school education in combination with an apprenticeship, High School diploma or A-levels)
Minimum 18 years
Minimum height: 1,55m, maximum height: 1,95m
Positive hearing and vision test
Passport without restrictions valid for at least 12 months
Proficient swimmer
Advantageous: IHK qualification as a service management consultant (m/f/divers)
Service-minded, outgoing and friendly
Well-groomed and friendly appearance
Willingness to work under stress, diplomacy even in difficult situations
