Job Description

Satair is looking for a People Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources team based in Peachtree City, Georgia (30269).

The People Solutions Specialist provides a range of operational and administrative support for HR activities, ensuring the effective and consistent delivery of HR services for an assigned client facing HR team. The role will also encompass some Globally-aligned HR responsibilities and will liaise closely with the central People Experience teams. You will work closely with your HR Business Partner to provide appropriate HR support to around 180 employees at our Peachtree City, GA and Miami, FL locations.

Just outside of Atlanta is one of ten of Satair’s global locations. Established in 1986, this site hosts Commercial, Human Resource, Customer Order Fulfillment (COF), Finance, Product Management, Supply Management Vendor Parts, and Planning team functions.

Your Challenges

  • Assist the HRBP team with the implementation, deployment and communication of organization management, development programs, performance management and talent management initiatives, as well as change management programs.
  • Support the operational/ administrative process for all personnel actions for employees, temps and interns.
  • Ensures accuracy of data transfers and follow-up of actions, adherence to process/communicates at all stages of process implementation to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Acts as a liaison and clearing house for data and information between HRBPs, HRIS, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and expatriation activities.
  • Provide and analyze data for reporting purposes and maintain dashboards.
  • Support site recruitment efforts including initiation of recruitment actions, career fairs and community outreach.
  • Manage and deliver the onboarding and offboarding process of temps, directs and interns, and facilitate new hire orientations as needed.
  • Prepare business review packs for local, Regional and Global business reviews

Your Boarding Pass

  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years progressive practical experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Demonstrated experience working with IT systems and data
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems and processes, particular knowledge of ADP and Workday preferred.
  • Proficient user of MS office programs (particularly excel)
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, but not required.
