Role Purpose

To ensure our ground handling is delivered safely, on time and consistently in line with the service level standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Co-ordinating post arrival and pre-departure activities - always leading from the front
• comply with all airlines weight & balance documentation and load sheet regulations and to convey the loading instruction to ramp staff
• Responsible for the timely sending of all movement messages both within the team and to/from the airline
• Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed
• To ensure that security items, rush/unattended bags are loaded & documented correctly

• A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history
