About The Job

• Be obsessed by customer problems and business opportunities, defining and analysing metrics around the product
• Support product managers in the ideation, development and launch of innovative products
• Define metrics, or use existing ones, and monitor them to evaluate if the product direction is consistent with business and customer expectations
• Use storytelling to combine quantitative data, usability studies and market analyses into a narrative that will help stakeholders understand the bigger picture and drive the most valuable product decisions
• Support product managers to assess the need for any requested changes/improvements as well as their potential impact
• Assist product managers with functional documentation
  
  
  

About You

• Experience manipulating and analysing data through SQL for Big Query, R or Python, and a basic understanding of statistics.
• Experience in data analysis: comparing data sets, identifying valuable customer segments, spotting trends, seeking reasons for reduced conversion rates. Presenting the results as insights and recommendations at a business level.
• Experience with PowerBI, Cluvio or similar data visualisation tools.
• Experience in developing e-commerce products, with a bonus for the travel industry.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and design teams.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, particularly in Product/UX roles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive in sharing innovative ideas and comfortable presenting findings to various stakeholders.
• Quick learner who thrives in complex environments.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English. Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.
