Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a Wire Bonder with 1-5 years’ experience. This is a Temp-Direct hire opportunity with a Microelectronics company in Chatsworth, CA.
Salary: $21.00 HR
Duties:Â In support of manufacturing the primary duties include:
- Development of wirebond schedules and programs
- Implementation of new products and procedures into production
- Performing regularly scheduled preventative maintenance of wirebonders
- Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics on wirebond processes and resolving equipment problems
Essential Qualifications: The applicant is required to have a minimum of two years hands on experience with automatic gold and aluminum wirebonders. Familiarity with K&S 1488 or similar machines is desirable and experience with manual ball and wedge bonding techniques and equipment would be an asset. Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow wirebonding diagrams and program automatic wirebonding machines is required. Evidence of initiative and creativity in past positions will be helpful.
