Specialist, E-Commerce (Live Streaming)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop online sales functions and mechanism for various products across ecommerce platforms;
• Conduct sales for Hong Kong Airlines branding merchandise and duty-free products;
• Collaborate with external parties to build products supply chain for Hong Kong’s or destination-related products;
• Create Hong Kong Airlines’ brand products to provide comprehensive and sustainable product supply for live streaming programs;
• Establish strong relationships with platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or other organizations;
• Contact and collaborate with influencers in e-commerce, air travel, tourism, and related fields for business collaborations; and
• Conduct business and merchandise negotiations for live streaming sales.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year experience on reporting or media industry, Fresh Graduates who is operating social media platform are also welcome;
• Experience in product selection for e-commerce platforms, familiar with e-commerce operation rules;
• Excellent sales ability and business communication skills, capable of gaining advantages and facilitating cooperation in business negotiations;
• Insightful into current marketing trends, familiar with consumer psychology, and preferably with experience in product selection for platforms and own-media channels;
• Strong data analysis skills and high level of market sensitivity, familiar with consumer behavior and awareness to products and market positioning;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently; and
• Interest in live streaming, short videos, content e-commerce, new media, etc.
