Partnership Operations Officer (1 year contract)
Role Introduction
Reports To: Partnership Operations Manager
To provide operational support to Non-air Mileage Sales Partnerships team. This role involves managing various tasks related to partner on-boarding, renewal, and termination, as well as handling operational processes and supporting system functionalities.

Reports To: Partnership Operations Manager
To provide operational support to Non-air Mileage Sales Partnerships team. This role involves managing various tasks related to partner on-boarding, renewal, and termination, as well as handling operational processes and supporting system functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setup, extension, and termination of codes in internal Customer Loyalty Solutions (CLS) systems for partner onboarding, renewal, and termination processes.
- Assist in billing processes, including month-end closing, manual sales order/purchase order creation
- Manage the setup, extension, and termination of codes, create & maintain user accounts, assist in testing arrangements for new partners in the internal miles crediting platform named “Miles+”.
- Collect and file all necessary documents supporting code setup/maintenance
- Collaborate with Finance team and Reporting team related to data housekeeping issues
- Retrieve miles crediting validation files upon request
- Enhancement testing Assist in testing of internal systems (e.g. Miles+) enhancement
- Assist in tracking participation fees and confirming with internal parties to issue sales orders for billing purposes
- Assist in audit support e.g. provide documents supporting for code setup process, user creation/regular review
- Ad hoc tasks
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-year relevant working experience in sales operations or sales support preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, skillful in Excel
- Experience with the SAP system is a definite advantage but not a must
- Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
