Tasks

As a mechanic in the aircraft component workshops, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Performing maintenance and repair work on aircraft components
• Creating repair orders and carrying out modifications as part of supplementary maintenance
• Testing and adjusting devices on a test stand
• Documenting maintenance work and certifying devices for flight operations

Requirements

For your new position as a mechanic in the aircraft workshops at Lufthansa Technik, you should have the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, such as industrial mechanic, car mechanic, machine mechanic, mechatronics technician, tool maker, precision mechanic, plant mechanic or a comparable qualification
• Willingness to acquire missing qualifications and to engage in job-related further education
• At least advanced German language skills, at least basic knowledge of English

Salary is determined in accordance with the collective wage agreement based on your individual relevant professional experience and qualifications.
