- Create a robust list of event and activation agencies and dependable partners to work with.
- Define detailed scope for each activity, including exact material + size specifications.
- Stakeholder management across multiple departments to seamlessly coordinate and collaborate for a successful event.
- Budget planning and forecast for the vertical.
- Agency briefing for a well-planned event and shadowing them until execution.
- Liaising across departments from an operational perspective - procurement, payables, legal etc.
- End to end management - from planning, supervision, collaboration, execution. Basically, from planning an event all the way to getting the invoices cleared.
- Capturing social media worthy pictures using a mobile device. The eye for a well composed picture is important.
- Post event reporting to team.
- Ensuring that the quality and quantity of products and services received from the vendor are as per IndiGo quality standards.
- Expertise in the domain, with capability to think and execute innovations at events. Take the vertical 10 notches up!
- Ensuring correct information is mentioned on the creatives like flight timings, fares, date of launch, frequency, spell checks etc. along with checking the overall creative adapts with respect to brand guidelines.
