Ability to read and understand drawing, work instruction, standard procedures and process specification.
Ability to work in SAP for release of MO, checking material availability, communicating with operation and SCM for any shortage material.
Generating the various reports like WIP, open planned orders, MRP list exception reports etc.
Should adhere and monitor to daily production schedules/daily outputs with respect to the days to manufacture (DTM).
Taking Work order and picklist printing coordinating with stores for material issue.
Follow up internal work order completion to release next level orders.
Collection of past due or drop in order tracking and turn back collection.
Must adhere to all E&HS and company Policy and procedures.
Should be capable to interact with the all an audit queries and questioners.
