Training Administrator Assistant
The Hercules Training Center (HTC) Training Administrator Assistant (TAA) reports to the Training Center Manager and assists the Training Administrator. Primary duties include registrar function for students, schedules of all events in the HTC, prepares monthly and quarterly reports, acts as the student liaison, and creates and maintain all records and files per Lockheed Martin standards. The TAA will also create and maintain records and files for compliance with the Department of Homeland Security, TSA and civil aviation certifying agencies to include but not limited to the FAA and EASA. Other duties as assigned.
