Project Administrative Assistant for our Construction Project team in Philadelphia, PA, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services as part of our Life Sciences Group. You will be supporting our Construction Director for the project and the extended project team. In this role, you will be expected to perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You will be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and calendar maintenance. Assist the team with creating, maintaining, and distributing meeting minutes for all meetings. You’ll also support the team maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, power point presentation. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels – both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • High School diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience within an engineering, construction, or related organization.
  • Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Software)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
  • Proven self-starter, proactive, with the ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload
  • Demonstrate key competencies in the areas of communication, planning and organizing, flexibility and adaptability, customer service, problem assessment and problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
