In this role you will


  • Develop and manage project plans for aircraft maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments involved in the project, such as ground services, technical, and etc.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure seamless integration of project activities across teams.
  • Work closely with department managers to allocate human and material resources effectively for project implementation.
  • Optimize resource utilization to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within established deadlines.
  • Identify potential delays and proactively implement strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project execution.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen issues and ensure project success.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement within ground operations.
  • Collect feedback from project teams and stakeholders to implement lessons learned in future projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management, summarizing project progress and key achievements.
  • Foster open communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any challenges encountered.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.



Requirements


  • Graduate of aerospace engineering, master degree is a plus.
  • Work experience in technical planning (min. 1-2 years experince)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally.
  • Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many requests.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
