In this role you will


  • Develop and implement comprehensive crew resource planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels for cockpit and cabin crews at airline bases, and present related reports to the Analysis and System Development Manager.
  • Estimate the required number of team members, including full-time and part-time equivalents, based on operational needs and flight schedules.
  • Develop proposals for hiring or halting recruitment of cabin and cockpit crews based on operational requirements and workforce analysis.
  • Develop training, and development projects related to cockpit and cabin crews, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and team suitability.
  • Manage duty days for training purposes, balancing team availability with training needs.
  • Oversee the management of annual leave for cockpit and cabin crews, measure the feasibility of individual holiday requests in line with capacity and strategies, and report to Cockpit and Cabin Planning units.
  • Develop strategies to minimize disruptions in flight schedules during peak holiday periods.
  • Prepare the cockpit and cabin crew FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) reports and monitor utilization targets, sharing reports with the Analysis and System Development Manager.
  • Track, assess, and develop improvement projects based on actual values in the prepared FTE table.
  • Serve as a vital link between human resources and operational planning teams, enhancing two-way communication and collaboration on team planning issues.
  • Ensure that team management strategies are aligned with overall corporate goals and operational objectives, and report on them.



Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in engineering and business faculty (Industry eng. statıstıcs etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerBI (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Having an analytical mindset
  • Having Extreme Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) training
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many requests.
