ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: <span style="user-select: text;" data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> 

As a Sales Graduate, you will be accountable for providing administrative support to the Central Sales Team in their assigned territory (Central Europe) with tracking sales metrics, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that sales operations run smoothly.

You will report to the Sales VP and will work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, coordinating sales meetings, and updating customer records in the CRM system.

• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and proposals.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Provide support to the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in the CRM system.
• Help and support the account managers during the proposals and RFP processes.

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• English fluency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about air transport and/or telecommunications industry.
• Interest in Information Technology, Digitization and Digital Transformation.
• Eligible to work in Prague without the need of VISA sponsorship.
