Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the department to promote the selection of aircraft introduction methods.
Collaborate with the relevant teams to assess and recommend appropriate methods for introducing new aircraft
Thoroughly review and analyze the main commercial terms of aircraft lease agreements and aircraft loan agreement and identifying any potential risk or discrepancies
Ensure timely and accurate processing of rental payments, LC of MR management, and financial reconciliation of aircraft on a regular basis
Oversee aircraft insurance renewal, insurance certificate renewal, and broker agent selection.
Monitor the status of existing aircraft loans and leases, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
Facilitate the smooth process of aircraft redelivery at the end of lease terms.
Liaise with internal and external business partners and stakeholder.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aviation Management, Business Administration, Finance).
Minimum 4 year experience in aircraft introduction.
Experienced in aircraft operations, leasing or related roles will be an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Including Mandarin.
Strong communication , good interpersonal skills.
