Tasks

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial real estate management of the LH Group's assets in the Munich region and other German locations.

• Participation in strategic projects for location development
• Budget and provision planning for the responsible portfolio, monitoring and optimization of the billing structure
• Specification of user requirements, creation and analysis of implementation scenarios, drafting of decision papers
• Preparing and conducting negotiations for (sub)leases, leaseholds and purchase agreements
• Documentation, preparation and distribution of asset and rental agreement information, provision of portfolio information and preparation of evaluations for stakeholders (e.g. controlling, accounting, auditors or media inquiries)
• Operational property management including deadline management and communication with interfaces
• Management of external consultants

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor) in economics, industrial engineering, architecture, civil engineering, law, political science, natural sciences or comparable
• Several years of relevant professional experience in areas with a high level of responsibility/negotiation skills
