Program Manager

Location: Greenville SC

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Program Manager to join our team at the Greenville Site. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with site leadership, lines of businesses, proposal teams, and functional departments to ensure the successful execution of programs related to F-16 Spares & Repairs, C-130 Spares & Repairs, and other external contracts performed at our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Site Integration management team to ensure program requirements are met, including cost and schedule milestones.
• Work independently and as part of a team to support fellow team members and address any capacity needs proactively.
• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
• Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Identify program issues proactively and develop mitigation plans to meet program requirements.
• Perform Risk and Opportunity Management, as well as Cost Account Manager (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) oversight.
• Coordinate proposals, manage operating budgets, and identify new business opportunities for the Backshop, both internally and externally.
• Report to the Backshop Operations Manager and support them in various operational and strategic initiatives.
