Procurement Support Analyst (1-year contract)

We are currently looking to recruit a Procurement Support Analyst for our Shared Service Centre. This position will be based in our beautiful offices in New Belgrade.

Job Summary:

As a Procurement Support Analyst, you will be responsible for procurement support in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

The Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and process data from different databases and systems for procurement purposes and usage.
• Generate accurate consumption forecasts by analyzing, interpreting data, and finding trends and patterns.
• Provide reports on sourcing terms, conditions, and purchasing contract renewals.
• Perform spend, sales, and margin analysis.
• Support data monitoring process of the product portfolio.
• Create dashboards for KPI metrics tracking.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other analytics-related fields
• Or equivalent experience as a Procurement/Supply Chain, Business or Reporting Analyst.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience (e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics, Business Analytics, or Reporting).
• Experience working in a service center environment will be considered an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel user (incl. Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Good user knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM and SD, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.) and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in Power BI.
• SQL, VBA, and Microsoft Access knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Language / Communication Skills:

• Fluent in English, spoken and written (German or other EU languages will be considered an advantage).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
