Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Ramp Agent located in Boston, MA. The Ramp Agent is responsible for tasks such as unloading, handling heavy equipment, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations. Additionally, the Ramp Agent will provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall JetBlue Experience for passengers.
Qualifications
- Experience in unloading and handling heavy equipment
- Computer literacy skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Knowledge of aircraft operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Prior experience in aviation or related field is a plus
