Marketing Production Specialist

We are currently looking to recruit Marketing Production Specialist for our Shared Service Centre. This position will be based in our beautiful offices in New Belgrade.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for the process of creating and developing various B2C marketing materials. This includes planning, design, and execution and requires a tight collaboration among various teams internally as well as stakeholders externally. The productions include both traditional and digital assets, such as brochures, flyers and online content and more, You are oversee the seamless transition from a defined assortment to the delivery of captivating digital and print materials targeting the end consumers, our airline partners’ passengers. The core objective is to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to stringent quality benchmarks, all aimed at creating compelling content that maximizes sales and conversions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, strategize, and evaluate the production of marketing materials produced for our airline partners.

Head responsibilities are:

• Planning and executing comprehensive production plans while skillfully managing the production lifecycle.
• Facilitating the seamless transition of assortments from Category to delivering comprehensive briefs to advertising agencies.
• Organizing production activities and fostering cross-functional collaboration across Commercial/Client Service, Category, production agencies, and printing firms.
• Collaborating seamlessly with multifunctional teams to troubleshoot challenges, optimize production workflows, and align with organizational objectives.
• Correctly handling assets such as products, text, images, etc., and proficiently programming them within designated IT systems (PIM, ISOS).
• Steering smaller campaign or marketing projects as the project lead.
• Creating, overseeing, and managing production budgets, while methodically tracking expenses and identifying avenues for cost optimization. Analyzing production expenses and proactively implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
• Involved in all parts of the marketing process, assuming a central role in streamlining agency and printing company interactions.
• For menus including food photography: Oversee and support food photography sessions, ensuring high-quality images. Collaborate with external photographers to ensure food presentation aligns with reality and enhances the visual appeal of marketing materials.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate embodies a blend of structure, adaptability, retail insight, and a keen eye for visual communication and design.
• In addition he/she has proven experience in menu design, project management, and food styling.
• He/she has process-mapping-skills and always work efficiently with a retail- and commercial perspective in mind for the work or communication.
• Exhibiting a remarkable ability for cross-functional collaboration is essential The Marketing Production Specialist has great people skills and has a well thought through cross functional way of working between all involved departments and external stakeholders.
• A production specialist needs to be skilled in identifying and resolving production issues and optimizing processes.

Education:

• Marketing/Production leader education or long experience in field.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 3-5 years' hands-on experience as a marketing production leader/production manager preferably from the food and beverage industry
• Experience with food styling and a basic understanding of food photography.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple countries and adapting marketing strategies to diverse cultures.

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

• Certification or proficiency in Windows programs, coupled with experience in tools like Proof HQ, PIM, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe XD, is an added advantage.

Language / Communication Skills:

• Fluency in Swedish is a plus
• English, both written and verbal, are essential.
