You will support the cost management functions and pre and post contract administration of contracts for Changi East. You will be involved in budgeting & cost estimating, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation reports, progress payments, assessment of change/variation requests and claims related to the project. You will work closely with Project Officers, consultants including designers and quantity surveyors on cost estimates and provide support in the construction funding process. In addition, you will also provide them with contractual support to resolve issues with partners and stakeholders such as consultants and contractors.

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building or related disciplines
- For the advertised role, at least 8 years' of relevant experience in managing contracts of electrical and mechanical systems for buildings or specialised airport systems . Experience in automated people mover systems, baggage handling systems and / or IT systems will be advantageous
- Excellent understanding of good procurement strategies and practices
- Previous experience in MOF DPC Gateway Process and management of reviewing consultants' works will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task effectively and a good team player
- This is a contract position
