Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate closely with business units, especially Internal Audit team to identify emerging risks and assess potential impacts.
- Keep track the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and modify approaches as needed.
- Report to the Group Manager, Enterprise Risk Management and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of key risks.
- Conduct business process improvement projects together with the entire Enterprise Risk Management team.
- College degree in business administration, finance, legal management, technology, or related fields
- Demonstrated analytical, planning, organization and facilitation skills relevant to the achievement of business goals
- Knowledge and experience in managing various types of risks such as strategic, operational, compliance, technology, or environmental
- Knowledge in internal controls is an advantage.
