Business Development (80-100%, all genders)

In collaboration with the business development team, this role is tasked with ensuring that SWISS establishes a strategic direction and adopts the appropriate organizational structure to effectively pursue it, while also driving forward strategic initiatives.

Starting date: April 01, 2024 or upon agreement

Tasks

Your goal is to support our organization by diagnosing complex (organizational) challenges as well as developing & implementing high quality solutions that substantially enhance the organization and drive sustainable achievement of business goals and strategic objectives.

• Be a trusted advisor on a wide range of corporate development related topics (i.e. organizational development, strategy development, OKRs, New Work and process efficiency) to our management
• Help our top management to develop and implement business strategies and new ways of working (including hybrid working)
• Assess structural gaps of departments in both a quantitative and qualitative way in close collaboration with the business units
• Shape, lead and execute meaningful interventions to successfully bridge identified gaps and to develop the business units

Requirements

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Business Administration, Economics, Organisational Development and/or Organisational Psychology/Sociology
• Knowledge and expertise in strategic and organizational consulting
• Knowledge and expertise in agile methodologies, New Work or similar is an asset
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as business sense
• Strong interpersonal, (workshop) design & facilitation and communication skills
• Highly motivated, pro-active and self-driven individual
• Very good spoken and written English skills
