Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably 3+ years experience in Airbus A320 Family Systems (ATA Chapter 01-10, 12-21, 26-30, 32 35, 38, 47)
• Knowledgeable in aviation regulations
• Familiar with document and report preparation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking, result, and solution-oriented approaches
• High job motivation, interest and attention for details
• Team-oriented and open to continuous progress
• Capable of taking responsibility, making decisions and implementing,
• May take initiative when required
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Should be able to travel and work abroad when required without any restrictions
• Residing or may reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul

In this role, you will

• Evaluating technical documentation effective to the aircraft systems, components, and equipments issued by manufacturers and authorities
• Following up maintenance, repair, and overhaul standards for the aircraft systems, components and equipments
• Preparing instructions for maintenance teams in accordance with approved documents
• Liaising with aircraft and component manufacturers and other relevant external entities
• Providing engineering support for solving technical difficulties encountered during maintenance
• Executing necessary engineering work required for enhancement of maintenance, repair, and overhaul methods in coordination with maintenance personnel
• Evaluating reliability reports to execute engineering works for the enhancement of aircraft systems and components.
• Providing support for the process of renewal of Certificate of Airworthiness and conducting preparations for the authority
• Participating in Base Maintenance, Delivery, and Redelivery projects as onsite representative of Pegasus Airlines
• Participating in studies of evaluation of Maintenance Programme effectiveness
