Position Summary

As the Accounts Payable Administrator you will be responsible for the financial accounting of one or more Jet Aviation entities in the Financial Services team within the Finance department. You will be collaborating closely with other Finance departments to ensure that accounting is aligned and executed effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Independent processing of the accounts payable workflow in SAP
  • Reconciliation of vendor accounts
  • Setting up payments on time
  • Processing of advance payments
  • Entering and maintaining supplier master data
  • Responsible for processing travel and expense reports
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Checking and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements
  • Various administrative tasks to support the operational business and the team

Minimum Requirements

  • Commercial diploma or equivalent
  • Work experience in a similar role
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Proactive personality with a good sense of humor
  • Ability to adapt easily to changing circumstances in dynamic environment
  • Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
  • Flexible and resilient personality with an exact way of working
  • SAP experience
  • French language skills are an advantage
  • Customer focused
