📅 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from defining profiles to onboarding.
• Understand the hiring needs with Hiring Managers and develop recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Identify innovative recruiting sources and participate in recruiting events to attract quality talent.
• Evaluate candidates through technical and behavioral interviews, as well as evaluate technical skills and work experience.
  
  

🎯 What We're Seeking

• 5+ years in similar positions.
• Experienced recruiting international profiles.
• Ideally used to work with High Tech industry profiles
• High listening and observation skills
• Solid knowledge of recruiting techniques and evaluation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Proactivity, autonomy and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Fluent level of English, both oral and written.
