Associate III OPS

Responsibilities

• 负责 Finishing 设备的操作、维护与日常保养，熟悉各个设备的性能与基本构造
• 服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产，按图纸要求对产品进行处理确保产品质量
• 严格执行班组下达的各项任务, 并在规定时间内完成, 并保质保量完成各项任务
• 按工艺文件, 按《作业指导书》操作, 在生产过程中, 严格对产品进行自检, 互检工作, 严防不良品流入下道工序
• 与质检部门积极配合，发现品质问题及时通知当班班组长
• 与技术部门协调处理技术难题，积极提供有关方案，及时处理现场问题
• 按要求填写追踪产品的文件及资料，做好生产操作记录、设备保养记录
• 完成其他质量管理体系方面的工作并积极协助配合相关部门工作的完成
• 熟悉并遵守公司的垃圾分类，化学品管理，上锁挂牌，受限空间等规章制度
• 完成上级委派的其他任务
  
  

Qualifications

• 中专或以上学历
• 一年或以上的机加工行业工作经验
• 对精益生产有所了解
• 掌握基本的量具使用
• 达到 Operator I 岗位技能要求
