Our Global Technology Centre
Our new Global Technology Centre (GTC) in Filton, Bristol is a £32m state of the art technology research and development facility. It acts as a hub for world-class innovative technology for the next generation of fuel-efficient aircraft. It offers a collaborative space for research and development with universities, the UK’s CATAPULT network and GKN Aerospace’s UK supply chain, to help strengthen aerospace technology and support the UK’s Industrial strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
The Horizon 3 Business Team Support The Needs Of Existing And Proposed New Technology Programmes. Business Cases And Market Assessments Have Supported The Successful Launch Of Valuable And Well-funded Programmes Utilising Clean Propulsion Systems With Further Proposals Planned. On-going Efforts Are Looking At
Business models for product support.
Capital investment requirement.
Cost of ownership modelling.
Business Model Canvasses and go to market options.
Investment decisions.
Market Forecasts.
The wider H3 team incorporates world class technology development with a heavy R&D focus. As such, an appreciation of basic engineering sub-systems and components would be an advantage, but not essential, to applicants
What We're Looking For
Would suit STEM degree candidate looking to gain some commercial knowledge or any subject if you have some appreciation of mechanical or electrical engineering or materials technology
