The cabin product is one of the major touch points for our customers. To keep the quality on a level which our customers expect, maintaining reliability and aesthetics while optimising commercial aspects we are looking for a Technical Life Cycle Manager.

As the Technical Life Cycle Manager, you have the holistic cross-airline ownership for the technical cabin operational performance throughout the operational life cycle. You will be directly responsible for driving efficiency, safety, and quality throughout the life cycle.

Tasks
As the Technical Life Cycle Manager, you have the holistic cross-airline ownership for the technical cabin operational performance throughout the operational life cycle. You will be directly responsible for driving efficiency, safety, and quality throughout the life cycle.
- Functional lead of the operational product teams consisting of engineers, crew, procurement & product department
- Act as single point of contact for the assigned product class
- Monitor technical performance of assigned product class
- Monitor the commercial performance vs. contracted SLA's
- Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
- Accompanies and ensures "OPS-Readiness" during EIS
- Point of contact between LH Group Airlines, gathering guidelines and implements them

- Strong experience in the area of the cabin product
- Proven project management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability of working in a cross-airline setup
- Flexibility for onsite visits to LHG hubs
- University Degree or Higher Education equivalent
- English language skills a must & German an advantage
