The new collaborative CoC Cabin will assume holistic ownership for the technical operation of the LX and LH cabin with a focus on customer satisfaction, technical reliability, and commercial performance. Being part of this new CoC also means having a big influence in shaping it.

Starting date: Upon Agreement

Tasks

The Technical Cabin Experience Manager shall provide holistic transparent status on cabin quality and product performance.

  • Leads Technical Cabin Inspectors and Business Analysts
  • Responsible of the technical cabin product performance regarding customer satisfaction
  • Monitors and assesses technical cabin KPIs as well as the continuous improvement of the technical cabin quality system
  • Acts as interface between Tech Ops, Cabin Experience and Crews
  • Manages cabin quality performance dialogues whilst evaluating, defining and initiating countermeasures in case of deviations

Requirements

  • High affinity to customer perspective on cabin products
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with quality management systems is an advantage
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
  • High willingness to travel regularly between FRA and ZRH
  • University Degree or Higher Education equivalent
  • English Language skills a must, German an advantage
