Tasks

Within this position you will initialize a major digital transformation, implement a modern corporate mobility concept and develop a sustainable FM organization. The position is limited to 12 months and is project based. There could be options to transform this position into a permanent one.

  • Responsibility for strategic facility management
  • Realization of measures for EMAS Certification
  • Implementation of sustainability KPIs
  • Development of a concept to achieve internal sustainability goals
  • Completion and implementation of a corporate mobility concept including all downstream processes
  • Optimization of data handling and key processes to improve the degree of digitalization
  • Setting the scene for an FM provider set-up with a much higher degree of digitalization
  • Collaboration with providers to develop a sustainable FM-Organisation
  • Take part in provider steering including quality control (audits and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Zurich, Basel and Genva, in regards to above mentioned topics
  • Supporting and taking care of selected key stakeholders (internally and externally)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility and/or Real Estate Management
  • 3+ years of professional experience in facility management or related
  • Experience in managing complex or challenging projects
  • Experience in provider management and FM mandates
  • Familiarity with trends in FM and Real Estate management as well as a knowledge base for sustainability
  • Great social and communication skills
  • Favor a “hands-on” approach
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills, French knowledge is of advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland
