ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

Join a team of pricing professionals in the heart of our finance organization. As our new Pricing Manager, you'll bring your expertise to a central role, shaping the telecommunication sector's pricing strategies. Your work will not only influence our company's profitability but will also set industry benchmarks. This is a unique chance to collaborate with seasoned experts and make a tangible impact in a vibrant, strategic environment.

The role will support our SITA Communications & Data Exchange business - an unmatched business unit of mission-critical and innovative network, messaging, value-added services and data & API solutions. Our solutions enable the ATI (Air Travel Industry) to digitalize and optimize operations by providing end-to-end secured data transport, leveraging competitive, and application-aware flexible networks. We directly connect to hundreds of airlines, airports, and ground handlers to deliver advanced data aggregation and analytics services. 25 million operational messages are handled by SITA Messaging every day.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 

  • Innovate and implement cutting-edge pricing models.
  • Analyze the financial impact of pricing decisions.
  • Explore profitability scenarios for diverse telecom services.
  • Adapt pricing strategies to evolving market demands.
  • Curate and maintain an extensive pricing database.
  • Efficiently resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Enhance pricing procedures for operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in product and finance.
  • Lead the deployment and upkeep of CPQ tools.
  • Engage in strategic negotiations for cost-effective pricing.

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Mastery in telecom pricing principles.
  • Strong commercial insight in telecom products.
  • Exceptional mathematical and statistical proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
  • Rigorous attention to detail.
  • Ability to mentor and lead within the team.
  • Rich experience in the telecommunications, technology or network industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in complex numerical problem-solving.
  • Proven success in developing impactful pricing strategies.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Background in the Air Transport Industry.
  • Expertise in market analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent data analytics tools.
