Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the E-Commerce & Distribution Department in Sales & Marketing Division. He/She is responsible for monitoring app performance and customer feedback while supporting the product owners in the day-to-day development of the SingaporeAir app.

The successful candidate will be part of the E-Commerce & Distribution Department in Sales & Marketing Division. He/She is responsible for monitoring app performance and customer feedback while supporting the product owners in the day-to-day development of the SingaporeAir app.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of the company's mobile performance statistics
- Generation of the Internet statistics from internal systems, Google analytics, Firebase analytics as well as from supporting systems
- Monitor customer feedback for SingaporeAir App related errors and assist with investigation and resolution of any issues that are reported from customers
- Coordinate with Customer Affairs and other business units to respond to customers
- Manage minor feature development and regression testing for SingaporeAir App releases
- Conduct user acceptance testing and regression testing for mobile app releases and preparing the FAQ for new app features
- Manage customer engagement by actively monitor and review all feedback channels to feed them into the roadmap via prioritisation
- Conduct post release survey to validate user values on released features and upcoming features
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in eCommerce or digital related work is preferred
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent interpersonal, planning and organisation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills with understanding of current eCommerce trends
- Good communication skills
