What You Will Be Doing

As an F-16 Block 70 Manufacturing Support Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in supporting production processes within a collaborative team environment. You'll receive comprehensive training and certification to excel in all phases of the F-16 Manufacturing and Assembly process. Key Responsibilities

• Support various aspects of the F-16 Manufacturing and Assembly process, including training and certification of personnel.
• Observe, instruct, and train technicians on-the-job to ensure adherence to process standards and personal skill development.
• Identify and address deficiencies in structural assembly, drill up, and layout processes, procedures, or personal skills.
• Support corrective action investigations, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
• Assist in implementing 6S/lean processes for the assigned area of responsibility.
• Interface and instruct personnel for re-certification purposes and make recommendations for de-certification due to substandard performance standards.
• Assist in the development of solutions to complex problems regarding the aircraft manufacturing process.
