The successful candidate will join the Passenger Revenue and Interline department in SIA Finance Division. He/She will be part of the finance team that ensures timely and accurate process of uplifted SIA and interline coupons for flown revenue reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the interface of the uplifted Electronic Tickets (ET) from Departure Control System to ensure all the coupons uplifted on SIA flights are interfaced for processing.
Verify that all the passenger manifests are submitted by stations.
Ensure flight loads loaded for the month and monitor no discrepancy for daily ET Lift and EMD Lift files loaded before Uplift close.
Check that all errors have been cleared before Uplift close and perform Uplift monthly close.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting for hotel billings from Agoda and other hotel operators and secure timely clearance of the suspense accounts used for hotel billings.
In charge of timely and accurate accounting for charter flights.
Implement system enhancements relating to the Uplift Module to improve the efficiency on the processing of uplifted coupons.
Work with Passenger Revenue Control accountants to identify discrepancies in Forward Sales reconciliation due to bugs in the Uplift Module.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting. Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply.
