Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintains overall comprehensive situational awareness to identify and analyze any issues that may impact the flight schedule, passenger convenience, and crew rosters.
• Proactively plans and designs contingency plans whenever actual or potential issues are identified.
• Obtains specific operational, dispatch, crewing, and technical information and constraints to ensure that a safe decision making process is achieved.
• Provide a centralized and coordinated approach to implement and oversee the Network Control recovery plans and ensure those plans are effectively communicated to the key stakeholders.
• Ensures recovery plans are safe and legal and that they minimize the inconvenience to the guest's journey.
• Makes key decisions relating to offloading of cargo and/or passengers in respect to aircraft weigh limitations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a holder of any bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least 3 years airline experience in any of the following: Network Controller, Flight Dispatcher, Crew Controller, Maintenance Controller, Airport Controller.
• Must have overall business awareness and airport operations awareness.
  
  

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently following a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
