Content Executive

Content Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop a social media strategy to grow the Philippines platform fan base, aligning with the Group's objectives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, popular topics, and competitor strategies.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars for consistent delivery of engaging content in line with the Group's vision.


Content Creation:

  • Shoot and edit videos/photos, and optimize original content for various platforms.
  • Write concise copy for posts, captions, and hashtags.
  • Aligning with Regional Direction & across the Group:
  • Align content with Regional direction, including on-ground events and Allstar stories.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt content for cultural nuances while adhering to the Group's direction.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams for content alignment.


Reporting & Insights:

  • Create bi-weekly reports and assist with ad-hoc reports.
  • Utilize tools like Digimind and Hootsuite for data gathering and decision-making.
  • Navigate and solve relevant crises on social media, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and values.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and experiment with new formats.
  • Curate user-generated content showcasing customer experiences.
  • Collaborate across departments for projects and campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communication, PR, Advertising, or Journalism
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in the marketing, creative agency, customer care area OR one year relevant work experience in aviation sector
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – both verbal & written - which will enable you to:
  • deal with external and internal parties in a professional manner
  • develop solutions and communicating these across the organization
  • create engaging and creative social media copies and messaging
  • Possesses well-developed analytical skills, as well as an innovative mind to suggest marketing campaigns & strategies
  • Willing to travel and/or work on weekends, push content/ cover events outside of office hours (should the need arise)
  • Possesses basic photography, videography, and editing skills
  • Must be able to work well under tight deadlines and shifts, sometimes heavy workloads and with a high degree of individual responsibility, all of which are implicit in the position.
