Job Description

Job Summary:

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of current and emerging technical developments/trends and assess the impact on existing business requirements.
• Creating documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description/concept notes, user guides, process flows, wireframes, and newsletters.
• Assisting the Project Manager in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Technical teams & Project Managers on solution development during all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end-user needs, managing the Solution Backlog for a Solution, working with the Solution Owner to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.
• Provides operational support to business users. Engages with various teams to resolve problems as they arise.
• Maintain a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities of and is a Subject Matter Expert in various areas and technology products.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to consult on what their needs are, documenting and analyzing them & helping to innovate solutions.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Business Requirements Analysis
• Data analysis
• Write business requirements/User stories/Acceptance Criteria/Concept Note/Wireframes/Newsletters
• Document process flows, utilizing Lucid Charts
• Create and maintain Redline/JIRA tickets.
  
  

Good To Have Skills

• Working experience on SQL/DB
• Working experience with HR Domain with Aviation or Travel Industry
• Develop UAT Test Scripts
• Perform UAT testing where needed and provide artefacts.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required.
