Key Responsibilities
- Formulating a robust L&OD Strategy, to include need-based development programs and
needs
- Quality the requests for learning interventions through learning needs Identification & Formulation. Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business
- Assess and identify organizational, departmental, and individual development requirements
- Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results
- Manage the planning, design, and implementation / delivery of all learning and development requirements
- Constantly seek innovative and technologically advanced methods of delivering learning
- Ensure constant feedback & coaching to the team to upscale the performance of the team and the team members
- Facilitate and administer courses and programs that support interactive and practical application
- Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures
- Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process
- Influence the desired culture in the organization through various interventions

- Business / vertical heads and L1 and L2 managers
- HRBP across the organization

- Expertise in identifying business challenges, development needs and creating / delivering solutions that meet the business objectives
- Consulting skills, being a learning partner to the stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships across the organization
- Well-developed business acumen
- Quality of the solutions designed, developed, and delivered (including facilitation), participant and stakeholder feedback / satisfaction scores
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream. A master’s degree in HR, Talent/Organizational
- Minimum 15 years of experience in learning & organization development, facilitation and learning based project management
- Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness
- Team Management skills
- Multitasking, attention to details, analytical and research oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated, solution and results oriented
- Stakeholder expectation and relationship management
- Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent delivery and facilitation skills

- Travel Requirement: Occasional (up to 30%)
