The Associate Director, Program Management for Integrated Strategic Solutions is a leadership role that will lead large teams across multiple projects varying in complexity. This position provides the opportunity to direct all program phases from inception through completion. You will be responsible for developing milestones, program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs to ensure that the organization’s objectives are met. This is a people leader position.
This position is required to work onsite in Richardson, Texas. Relocation will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrates Excellence reference to P&L of the overall program to ensure profitability targets are met and manages multiple vendors
Drives teams to deliver projects on time and on schedule through leadership of cross matrixed teams
Guides multiple medium to large programs to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility
Leads pursuit activities for competitive and sole-sources activities
Consolidates and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the program(s) and manages value-stream strategy and progress
Monitors strategic planning efforts for medium and/or complex programs
Demonstrates continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
Identifies and reacts to program problems and recommends solutions, such as allocation of resources, changing contractual specifications, and coordinating responses to customer action items
Supports the development of new business growth strategies
Supports the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operation budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization’s interests
Interfaces with customers for project specifications to ensure successful completion
Manages the contract lifecycle, cost, schedule and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs
Coordinates the negotiation, proposals, business plans, budgets, and contracts for programs
Establishes cost focused performance targets and directs work to achieve these targets
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or
An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or
In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
Prior experience managing people is required
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance is preferred

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
