We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring Software Engineers, Service Reliability Engineers, Cloud/DevOps and QA Engineers in addition to non-technical roles for our Bogota office. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
In This Role You'll
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates mainly for technical roles but also for customer support, implementation, and other non-technical roles.
- Use various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, events, etc., to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' fit and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and their teams.
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work with local Universities to create strong employer brand on campus to recruit Interns and other “early in career” talent.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and the HR team.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the software industry with high volume recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of various technical skills and roles, such as software engineering, service reliability engineering, cloud/devops and QA engineering.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, WorkDay preferred.
- Proficiency in using recruiting platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, GitHub, in addition to local publishing websites (elempleo.com) etc.
- Knowledge of SENA internship processing and the standard University hiring process.
- Knowledge of local recruitment laws and practices.
- Knowledge of international recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
