Job Description Summary Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Roles And Responsibilities

  • All contract performance related activities, tied to customer(s) or program(s). Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests. Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues. Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract. May also support proposal and negotiations.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • A job at this level is an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Program and/or Project Management)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program and/or Project Management

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
