Tours and Activities Coordinator - maternity cover

Join us as the creative force driving client engagement and product innovation in Commercial Dev and Quotation. With direct customer interaction, you'll shape compelling proposals, maintain existing products and pioneer new offerings, including on NEZASA platforms. Your outgoing, organized nature will thrive as you craft tours in Spain for key clients like Tui SM, focusing on continual business improvement, both online and offline.

About The Job

• Commercial and Quotations will be receiving all requested groups series tours.
• Filter request following organization guidelines.
• Fluent communications with clients to ensure the best products and rates.
• Follow up all the proposal created to the clients for 3rd party and Tui SM
• Focus Digitalization to the clients.
• Create the proposal, quotation time, form and ensuring to do in the agreed deadline with the clients.
• Provide briefing to operations with all the information that they need it.
• Try to increase our conversation ratio and margins.
• Proactive communication with Supply Dpto to ensure the best proposal.
  
  
  

About You

• Minimum 1.5-year o relevant experience in Tours, knowledge about clients, industry, especially in a Products, Commercial or Operation Role
• Fluent English language, both verbal and written and Spanish langauge would be highly advantageous
• Exceptional ability work with multinational colleagues and gain buy-in from a range of stake holders, balancing customers and suppliers needs.
• The ability to use Excel. basic.
• You are open to learn, grow and drive your career while spreading smiles across the globe.
• You appreciate to work in an international environment, and you are a team player with a supportive attitude. Well organized.
